Dears Pharmacies and Health, Beauty & Travel Clinics

Lochgelly
We completed planning and warrant for our client to allow them to a relocate their pharmacy to a more suitable location, a former bank on the high street. We completed a full refurbishment and rebrand, and assisted with the transfer of premises.

Burntisland
We converted the unit which was previously a bakers, into a Health, Beauty & Travel Clinic.
With a private consultation room, disabled toilet and their 24/7 Prescription Locker within a newly formed security vestibule.

Easter Road
We completed a refurbishment of this chemist in August 2021.
Where we also installed a Prescription Locker.

Dunfermline
Working with the Landlord and Dears, we converted an old retail unit into two new units.
One unit being a Dears Pharmacy, with 2 consultation rooms, a new dispensary, a methadone hatch and large retail space.
We replaced the shop front to included a 24/7 Prescription Locker being built into the shopfront.
